-Added more guns to the police shop
-Added non-lethal ammo for some assault rifles
-Reduced the pistol license price (50,000)
-Reduced the rifle license price (75,000)
-Reduced civilian salaries (2,000)
-Reduced police salaries (5,000)
-Reduced mayor wage
-Reduced police chief wage
-Police officers now spawn with an M1911
-Police officers now spawn with M1911 ammunition
