-Fixed the bug where some civilians didn't get a paycheck
-Fixed the bug where some civilians couldn't rob gas stations or banks
-Fixed the bug where cops couldn't search some civilians
-Added 3 fighter jets which defend the SWAT base
-Changed some civilian skins
